Aldesa hands over stage one in its single-unit housing development in the Region of Valencia

Aldesa, through its subsidiary, Sector Bétera, is already formalising in a public deed stage one of Complejo Residencial Parque Bétera, consisting of 24 semi-detached and terraced homes, developed under the highest standards in efficiency, functionality and quality terms.

This privileged housing complex is located in natural surroundings in the municipality of Bétera, Sector R 21, very close to the capital city of Valencia and within easy reach of all kinds of amenities (schools, hospitals, leisure, etc.). In turn, the complex has been fitted with large common areas that include a swimming pool, green area, children’s play area, paddle and multifunctional courts, in addition to private gardens for each home, of up to 250 m2.

At present, stage two, covering 21 homes of similar characteristics, is currently being marketed.

Aldesa expects to complete 90 homes in this field, over successive stages.
