Aldesa is awarded the Empowering Women's Talent seal

Aldesa has been awarded the Empowering Women’s Talent seal to recognise its effort towards empowering female talent, equality and diversity. The organisation has formally adhered to the Empowering Women's Talent programme in order to enhance its commitment to effective equality in opportunities, as well as staff diversity and female empowerment. Consequently, the organisation also seeks to play an active role in promoting gender equality and inclusivity.

This annual programme, launched by Teams & Talent, contemplates a series of initiatives to help its members move forward when facing the challenge of effective equality between men and women. Its measures include seminars, support workshops and courses in order to learn, share, communicate and serve as an inspiration in gender diversity matters.

The seal was received by the general manager of People & Culture, Begoña Landazuri, as part of Women’s Talent Day 2023. For the third consecutive year, this event has served as a meeting point for presentation and awareness of best company practices in equality and diversity matters.
