Aldesa completes La Nube, set to become one of Mexico's most emblematic residential towers

Aldesa has completed the construction of La Nube which, with its 35 levels distributed over a height of 130 meters, is set to become one of Mexico’s most emblematic residential towers. Located in Monterrey, in the state of Nuevo León, this imposing building is part of La Arboleda, a new reference in architecture, landscape and engineering conceived by César Pelli, the architect of the Petronas Towers in Malaysia and the Torre de Cristal in Spain, among other world-famous buildings.

The new tower built by Aldesa stands on a surface area of 24,000 m2, the object of a complex study to favor its integration with its surroundings and equipped with the best conditions in terms of comfort, mobility and safety. The building will comprise housing (144 apartments and 33 villas), terraces, green areas and recreational areas, as well as a business center, among other spaces. The tower also has five underground floors.

Aldesa, present in Mexico since 2007, has extensive building experience throughout Latin America, where it has developed emblematic projects such as the National Museum of Peru (MUNA), recently awarded the Golden Hexagon at the 19th Peru Architecture Biennial Awards 2022.
