The Aldesa Group has made a firm commitment to the activity of Concessions,
growing substantially in recent years mainly with the operation of
transport infrastructures in Spain and Mexico, although
new public service operation projects are being added.
SECTORS OF ACTIVITY
![]() In Mexico, Aldesa is the majority shareholder of the company Concesionaria de Autopistas del Sureste, which holds the concession for the operation during 30 years of Mexico's Tuxtla Gutiérrez-San Cristóbal and Arriaga-Ocozocoautla (Chiapas) toll motorways, and the construction of a new stretch in the latter. In consortium with other companies, it participates in the operation over ten years of the Guadalajara-Colima (Jalisco) motorway, and in the federal concession of the Siglo XXI motorway (Morelos). In Spain, Aldesa forms part of the company Autopista de La Mancha, responsible for the construction, operation, maintenance and conservation of the Puerto Lápice – Venta de Cárdenas (Ciudad Real) stretch of the A-4 dual carriageway.
