In Mexico, Aldesa is the majority shareholder of the company Concesionaria de Autopistas del Sureste, which holds the concession for the operation during 30 years of Mexico's Tuxtla Gutiérrez-San Cristóbal and Arriaga-Ocozocoautla (Chiapas) toll motorways, and the construction of a new stretch in the latter. In consortium with other companies, it participates in the operation over ten years of the Guadalajara-Colima (Jalisco) motorway, and in the federal concession of the Siglo XXI motorway (Morelos). In Spain, Aldesa forms part of the company Autopista de La Mancha, responsible for the construction, operation, maintenance and conservation of the Puerto Lápice – Venta de Cárdenas (Ciudad Real) stretch of the A-4 dual carriageway.

Aldesa holds the Concession of land rights for the service of conservation and operation, under a 27-year lease, of the Courts of El Vendrell (Tarragona) and Manresa (Barcelona).

Aldesa Marina Salinas is responsible for the operation of the Torrevieja Marina Salinas sports marina, one of the most complete and modern marinas in the Mediterranean, as well as the marketing of its more than 700 moorings for a period of 30 years.
