Aldesa, as part of its continuous commitment to excellence and the development of talent, has taken part in the TALENTIC Conference: Linking Talent to the Future!, arranged by Business Plus together with the Spanish Association of Human Resources Managers.
Our General Manager of People & Culture, Begoña Landazuri, met up with other experts in the sector to analyse key issues and trends, as well as to redefine leadership models and to retain talent and wellbeing in work surroundings.
At the event, essential topics were discussed such as the taking of strategic decisions and the importance of skills in a constantly changing world.
