related to automating processes, mechanical engineering,
co-generation systems, complete industrial installations,
electrical distribution, and networks and communications;
and Galmet, specializing in industrial
installations primarily in the agro-alimentary and pharmaceutical
sectors.
The Aldesa Group entered the Services and Maintenance industry
through its subsidiary that works under the name Concentra
Servicios, which brings together a series of highly
specialized companies.
Aldesa Servicios in a few years has become
one of the leading companies in the support sector (internal
messenger service, call service centers, cleaning services
and sanitation, access controls, etc.), offering integral
solutions adapted to the needs of each client. The company
attends to the increasing demand of outsourcing Facilities
by private companies and public organizations, responding
to the growing trend of centralizing these various services
into one external company.
TMI (Técnicas de Administración
y Mantenimiento Inmobiliario) provides the necessary vertical
management services and complete maintenance of buildings
and real estate resources, thus optimizing, to its maximum,
companies’ resources through expense and savings cost
control.
San Martín & Martínez is
the company specialized in the professional and technical
cleanup of buildings and installations, providing services
to all types of sectors: sanitary, transport, offices and
premises, industrial installations, etc.
