Training in Aldesa Group is considered a strategic tool in order to achieve effectiveness and the development of our human resources. It’s carried out following a homogeneous model of centralised management, in order to add value to the company by means of the professional development of the people. For this, the Training Department carried out a Training Plan every year, taking into account the employees' training demand, as well as the training needs survey.

During 2010 over 800 training course have been given to over 4,000 employees, with a broad range of themes about the prevention of labour risks, quality and the environment, management skills, computing, languages, as well as new legislative developments, which have entailed a total of almost 25,000 teaching hours.

Aldesa also maintains a close relationship with various Universities to bring the professional reality closer to all its students. In this way, it collaborates with a series of public and private institutions which include the Civil Engineering School of the Valencia Polytechnic University, the Confemetal Foundation and the Madrid Civil Work Engineers’ Association.
