Training in Aldesa Group is considered a strategic tool in order to achieve effectiveness and the development of our human resources. It’s carried out following a homogeneous model of centralised management, in order to add value to the company by means of the professional development of the people. For this, the Training Department carried out a Training Plan every year, taking into account the employees' training demand, as well as the training needs survey.

In 2008, more than 640 training courses for more than 2,000 employees were carried out, including a wide range of topics on occupational risk prevention, quality and environment, management skills, computers (SAP and Clip), languages, as well as new law developments: Law of Contracts (public sector), General Accounting Plan, Spanish Building Technical Code, among others, for which more than 350,000 euros have been invested, with a total of 19,500 hours of lessons.

Aldesa also has a close relationship with different universities in order to bring the professional reality closer to the students. This way it collaborates with a series of public and private institutions, among which you can find the Civil Engineering College of the Polytechnic University of Valencia, the Confemetal Foundation, the Civil Engineering College of Madrid and Burgos University.
