SAFETY AND HEALTH, PRIORITY REQUIREMENT

The area of Safety and Health is at the same level of importance as profitability, quality and production in our organization.

Aldesa's commitments and guidelines on PRL are embodied in the Health and Safety Policy, making preventive management part of the whole organization.

The Aldesa Group companies are certified for their Occupational Health and Safety Management System, according to the OHSAS 18.001 specification. This certification not only satisfies the legal requirements, but also establishes the requirements that organizations must meet in order to optimize the performance of their Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

From the employees' perspective, the risks associated with the company's activity are minimized, thus obtaining continuous improvement of working conditions and the approach to the "Zero Accident" challenge.

Aldesa gives training courses to all its workers in function of the risks that their work entails. Thus, in addition to an initial course for all workers on the risks of the project, Aldesa provides specific courses for risks or activities (work at heights, loads, excavations, etc.), as well as basic courses on Occupational Hazard Prevention.
