In 1996, the real estate activity of the Aldesa Group commenced. It is currently concentrated in the company Aldesa Home, created in 2006 with a view to operating on the real estate market under a single brand. Over the last years it has guided its strategy towards a responsible management and in line with the economic juncture, focusing on the development of promotions in their different public subsidised systems, both as direct promotion and as rental with an option to purchase.
In this scene, Aldesa Home has promoted the construction and managed the sale or renting of the following properties:
106 subsidised dwellings under a purchase system in Ciudad Real (in collaboration with the Municipal Housing Agency-EMUSVI).
176 subsidised dwellings under a rental system with a purchase option young people in Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid).
95 subsidised dwellings under a rental system with a purchase option young people in Móstoles (Madrid).
70 subsidised dwellings under limited price in Móstoles (Madrid).
100 free dwellings in Arroyomolinos (Madrid).
Aldesa is present internationally by way of Aldesa Polska, the branch of the group in Poland. Its activity is focused on real estate promotion, with special emphasis on projects for housing, offices and hotels and it also serves as local support for the expansion of other lines of business of the Group in Poland. To this end, it has a team based in Krakow from where it analyses investment opportunities and manages projects, in the main in the southern area of the country.
Its first project, Diamante Plaza, is a class A office building with a rentable surface area of 10,000 m2 in Krakow, intended to meet the growing demand for modern, well-equipped office spaces by multinational and local companies, whose work terminated in 2009. Diamante Plaza opened its doors in February 2010 with the moving of its first long-term tenants, amongst whom it is worth highlighting the multinational Hewitt Associates.
In Mexico, Aldesa has another project: the construction of a hotel in Huatulco located on the Pacific coast, which also involves the National Tourism Fund of this country (FONATUR)
