In 2010 Grupo Aldesa will maintain the organization's focus on increasing profitability and cash generation. In this respect, during 2009, a demanding process control and optimization of costs has been undertaken and will continue through 2010 and have a direct impact on improving the company's EBITDA, while promoting human development in the Group supported professionalism, quality and process innovation.

Additionally, during 2010 actions will be implemented to strengthen the liquidity position of the company to address new business opportunities. In Spain the focus will exploit commercial synergies between different business lines, and improve the gross margin of the activities generating EBITDA with resource (Construction and Engineering Services), providing a more efficient and comprehensive service to customers.

Aldesa has managed to become a leading company in national infrastructure development, especially in the area of conventional and high speed railways, taking responsibility for the execution of works of greater scope and complexity. This, coupled with the growing experience in public-private partnership, puts the company in an excellent position to assist the Administration in its Strategic Plan for Infrastructure, where the railways have an important weight.

With regard to international activity, one of the important goals of 2010 is to lay the groundwork for strengthening the international growth of Aldesa, capturing growth in markets where it is already present (Mexico, Poland) with a vocation to the permanent establishment and supply full list of services, and initiating activities in new countries with a strong and significant growth potential.
