|Aldesa team supports earthquake relief in Mexico
Thursday, October 5, 2017
On September 19, a 7.1 magnitude earthquake jolted central Mexico and the lives of many Mexicans. Aware of the devastating effects of the earthquake, workers and volunteers of the ALDESA Group put our resources to work straight away: ambulances, care equipment, machinery and personnel.
We established three main fronts of action: one in Jojutla in the State of Morelos (which has been one of the most affected) and the other two in Mexico City, responding to the calls of the people and the authorities to cooperate in the tasks of clearing and helping people trapped.
At Aldesa we are really proud of our team for the extraordinary support they have given to the victims, working day and night in rescue work and collecting any kind of help (materials, relief, food, clothes, etc.). . Thanks to the tireless efforts of our Aldesa colleagues in Mexico, we have been able to move injured people to hospitals and put our resources to use for the Mexican people.
