Concentra to maintenance Galicia Government's buildings for two years

Aldesa Servicios y Mantenimiento definitely has been awarded the contract tendered by the Government of Galicia for the maintenance and upkeep of administrative buildings of the Xunta for a period of two years. This is a total of 77 institutional buildings, of which one is located in Madrid and the rest are distributed by eleven councils.
The financial offer of Aldesa Servicios y Mantenimiento was the best of the eight attended, with a reduction of 14% on the amount of competition: from 5.93 to 5.09 million euros (VAT included).
Concentra has extensive experience in the maintenance of institutional buildings, just to name a few, the property belonging to the Ministries of Education and Culture of Castile-La Mancha or the more than 100 buildings belonging to the municipality of Granada.
