Concentra, awarded the concession to manage the nursing home for elderly Virgen de la Concepción

Aldesa Servicios y Mantenimiento, S.A. (Concentra) has been awarded, in joint venture with Grupo Lagunduz, the indirect management, through the method of concession, of the local nursing home for elderly, integrated by residential home and care centre, "Virgen de la Concepción" in Navalcarnero (Madrid). The duration is five years, renewable for another year.
This home for old people has 90 places assisted by the Community of Madrid, 60 for the residential home and 30 for the care centre. It has a full range of equipment and services, including own medical, ATS / DUE and psychological services.
With this new contract, Concentra strengthens its presence in the health care sector, which operates through comprehensive services in nursing homes for elderly and maintenance in hospitals, such as La Inmaculada in Almeria, Hospital Doctor Sagaz in Jaen, Hospital Can Misses in Ibiza, Formentera Hospital, the Catalonia General Hospital in Barcelona and the Hospital de Poniente in Almeria and its dependents centres: the Hospital of High-Resolution El Toyo in Almeria and the Hospital of High Resolution in Guadix (Granada).
Concentra also provides services in places as emblematic and complex as the Terminal 2 in Madrid Barajas Airport, the new Terminal 1 in El Prat Barcelona and the three terminals in Malaga Airport, Tower Picasso and Tower Europa in Madrid, and Tower Fira in Barcelona. These and other clients have strengthened the company's position in the Facility Services market in 2009, being the brand Concentra recognized as a benchmark in this sector.
