The Aldesa Group is involved in construction activities through its parent Aldesa Construcciones, and through other investees which, whether individually or by way of a joint venture, contribute significant added value to the Group’s projects. These companies include:

Coalvi, which provides specialist experience in railway engineering (tracks, electrification, tunnels and infrastructure); Proacon is involved in specialist underground building and civil engineering work; Ingesa Group, which specialises in foundations and geo-technical surveys; and Pai Construccions, one of the largest construction companies in Catalonia, where its experience is widely recognised.

The most recent company to join the Group is Civesa Ingeniería y Construcción, which is involved in civil engineering and building work in eastern Andalusia.
