The Aldesa Group has strongly bet on its activity of Concessions, growing notably in the past years with the exploitation of transportation infrastructures principally in Spain and in Mexico; hence, new projects related to public services are expected to be added into this division.

Aldesa is majority partner of Concesionaria de Autopistas del Sureste, which holds the concession to exploit during 30 years of the Mexican toll highways Tuxtla Gutiérrez and San Cristobal Arriaga-Ocozocoautla, and to construct a new section of the latter, facilitating the commute and communication with Mexico City and the connection with Central America. In addition, Aldesa is part of the La Mancha Highway UTE (Temporary Union of Companies), the company responsible for the construction, exploitation, maintenance and preservation of the Puerto Lápice – Venta de Cárdenas (Ciudad Real) section of the A-4 highway, its working elements, and support and service areas. This section is part of the First Generation of Highways Maintenance Plan.

Aldesa Concesiones is present in the area of the parkings and initiated in 2008 its first educational and sports projects, with the exploitation of the schools Torrevilano and Montesclaros in the Community of Madrid, and the local sports centre of El Álamo (Madrid).

In addition, Aldesa Marina Salinas is entrusted with the exploitation of the Torrevieja Marina Salinas (Alicante), one of the most complete and modern in the Mediterranean, and the promotion of its more than 700 mooring ports, thus responding to the high demand of docking requests in the Valencia Community.

It is also worth noting that Aldesa and Pai Construccions are entitled to construct the new justice buildings in El Vendrell (Tarragona) and Manresa (Barcelona), and provide maintenance services for 27 years.
