For many years, Aldesa has been working for AENA, the Spanish airport authority, on major projects, such as the construction of runway 18L-36R and ancillary areas for Madrid’s Barajas airport. This project has a budget of 200 million euros and in many ways was a turning point in the company’s experience. Other relevant projects are the expansion of Majorca Airport and the installation of a high precision approach system for Corunna Airport, which enables this airport to function to the greatest operational capacity possible despite the adverse weather conditions in the area.
